Plan of ActionUnderstanding the optimal approach for repairing a large property that has numerous failed areas along with other areas in various state of disrepair can seem like an insurmountable task. The more proposals that are received the more confusing it can become due to the usually vastly differing opinions.

We view each property as a puzzle and each repair area as a piece to that puzzle. Each area is analyzed in relation to the other areas with recommendations fitting together into a plan of action that highlights the sequencing of recommended repairs based on pre-requisites and budgetary constraints. The plan of action is usually spread over a three (3) to five (5) year timeframe. Even the longest journey begins with the first step.
