Liability and ADAThe site analysis reports attempt to identify all areas that pose risk to pedestrian traffic or potential damage risk to vehicular traffic. Examples are sudden rise-in-elevation between sidewalk panels that pose a tripping hazard, or open potholes in high traffic areas, etc.

Special attention is given to areas of vulnerable pedestrian traffic such as handicapped spaces and their associated access routes throughout the property. Information can also be provided regarding the current compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications as defined by the NC Accessibility Code (with 2004 update).
