Budget Requirements
Each report provides a clear and concise annualized budget recommendation based on the plan of action. This creates a budget plan for allocation of funds that would be required to execute the plan over the time period specified.
Each report provides all the necessary information for property managers to be able to determine which repairs are the highest priorities, and which repairs are pre-requisites for other repairs. Additionally, each area is individually priced, which allows the property manager to easily adjust the timeframe of the plan of action so that the annualized expenses fit into their specific budgetary constraints.
